Notice is hereby given that the Roanoke Rapids City Council will hold a Special Meeting on Thursday, October 10, 2019. 

City Council Members will depart from the J. Reuben Daniel City Hall at 10:00 a.m. to tour the Extraterritorial Jurisdiction (ETJ) area of the City.
