Colby Warren picked up the win by pitching 4 innings and striking out 8 batters. Tyler Shearin finished the game by pitching a scoreless 5th inning while striking out 2 batters. 

The Yellow Jackets offense had 14 hits on the night. Those with two hits were Cameron Rogerson, Marcus Allen, Nick Horvath, and Bracy Irby.  Hunter Connell, Tyler Shearin, Colby Warren, Dylan Allen, Tyler Liverman, and Jordan Collins each had one hit. 

Coach Mark Snead stated, "This was a good bounce back game for us. We came out and played with confidence tonight and it showed. We had good pitching, solid defense, and strong hitting.  Now we need to build on this game and keep getting better. These guys keep impressing me with their attitude and preparation."

The Yellow Jackets improve to 15-4 overall and 10-2 in the Northern Carolina Conference.  The next game for RRHS is Wednesday afternoon at NC School of Science and Math.  Game time is set for 4pm.
