Jackets golf team wins 2nd straight conference title

The Roanoke Rapids men's golf team completed their second straight undefeated conference season Monday.

The Jackets placed 1st in every conference jamboree with their final 18-hole Northern Carolina conference match this past Monday at Chockoyotte Country Club, April 25th.  

Roanoke Rapids Yellow Jackets golfer Hunter Clifton won Conference Player of the Year.

Jackets golfers Jackson Gowen, Thomas Merritt, Spenser Hargrove, and Chase Johnson were all named to the All-Conference Team.  

The Roanoke Rapids Yellow Jackets golfers head to the 2A Mideast Regional Tournament Monday, 5/2 at Land 'O Lakes in Whiteville.
