Judith Minerva Moseley

Judith Minerva Moseley age 71 of Roanoke Rapids passed away on July 16, 2013 at Halifax Regional Medical Center. Judith was born January 4, 1942 in Halifax County North Carolina the daughter of the late Edward June King and Lillian Wallace King. She was also preceded in death by her husband Charles Oliver Moseley, Jr. and a son Richard Oliver Moseley.

Rezoning could lead to upscale apartments

Roanoke Rapids Planning Board members this evening passed on to city council a recommendation to approve the rezoning of some 25 acres of land at Cross Creek Parkway that could eventually become home to an upscale apartment complex.
