Best medicine for Coach

KIPP High school Varsity Softball coach and a past coach of most every girl who has played softball in the Roanoke Valley was present at the District one softball tournament this past four days. Great to see you out and about Coach.

Saturday night the RVGSL run for the championship came to an end. The RV U12 allstar team lost to Dare 11-3.  Morgan Davis had a single and a double, Elena Miller had a single and Camden Bierbauer had a single and a double.

RVGSL U14 fall Saturday to Cashie

The RVGSL U14 allstar team lost to Cashie 14-3 Saturday afternoon and were sent home from the District one tournament with their second lose.

At the plate Only Karen Alston and Briana Jones had a single each.

Two Roanoke Rapids girls who play travel softball out of Greenville, guest played for the U12 Chaos team based out of Wilson this past weekend.  The team went 5-0 in the "2013 NC USSSA Bringin the Heat" tournamnet in Cary and earned first place.
