Cornerstone Christian School Lady Patriots volleyball team, who now has an overall season record of (12-2), played Bethel Christian Academy who has a (7-6) overall record Tuesday.

Cornerstone fell short in the first two sets 21-25, 19-25, but made a comeback winning the last three sets, 25-17, 26-24, and 15-12.

Cornerstone will host Ahoskie Christian Thursday evening with a 5:45 game time and will travel away Monday and Tuesday to Zebulon where they will play to remain No. 1 seed.

Cornerstone lead servers were Myra Fox, 15, Madison Etheridge,13, & Joslynn Smith, 9. 

Casie Crawley and Leah Thomas lead with hits and Joanna Duhadaway had several net blocks.
