The Halifax Academy Varsity Lady Vikings Softball team started off their 2019 season last Wednesday.

On March 13th playing Southampton Academy in Capron, Virginia, Halifax lost 5-4,

Then the Halifax Academy Lady Vikings rebounded by defeating the Hobgood Academy Raiders 15-0 at home Thursday, March 14th.

And on Tuesday March 19th the Lady Vikings traveled to Cape Fear Christian in Erwin, NC and lost 7-6. 

Ashlyn Cooke pitched all 7 innings vor the Lady Vikings.

Ashton Garner hit 3 singles

Emerson Poole had 1 single and a double 

Morgan Hudomint, Ashlyn Cooke, Ashlynn Liles, Berkley Garner and Somer Carter all had  1 single each
