The Halifax Academy Lady Vikings softball team defeated the Brunswick Academy Lady Vikings Monday on the road 7-6 in 8 innings to close thier regular season.

On the mound for Halifax, Ashlyn Cooke earned the win allowing 7 hits, 6 walks and 8 strike-outs

The Halifax Academy Lady Vikings finish thier 2020-21 regular season with a 11-3 overall record and earned a 1st round bye in the NCISAA State Play-offs.  #1seed Halifax will play Friday May 7th winner of Tuesday May 4th game between Community Christian School and Northeast Academy.
