The Roanoke Rapids Hign School Lady Yellow Jackets soccer team reconized it's 2022 seniors Monday night at their 2-3 lose to Louisburg at Hoyle Field. 

  • Logan Abram- #19, daughter of John Abram and Joy and Marty Jones . This is Logan’s 4th year on the team and she serves as a captain this year. She has a 4 year total of 26 goals and 14 assists and has earned both All Conference and All Region honors. Logan’s future plans are to attend East Carolina University and major in Exercise Physiology to become a Physical Therapist.  
  • Mary Brown- # 6, daughter of Walter and Kathy Brown. This is Mary’s first year playing for the yellow jackets.  Her future plans are to attend East Carolina University and major in Biology.  

     
  • Sue Davis- #10, daughter of Sarah Davis. Sue is a 4 year starter and is serving as a team captain this year. She has 5 goals and 2 assists in her high school career and has earned All Conference honors. Sue’s future plans are to attend Halifax Community College to pursue a dental hygiene career.  
  • Ella King- #9, daugther of Sarah and Kevin King. This is Ella’s first year playing for the yellow jackets and she has 3 goals and 2 assists so far this season. Ella’s future plans are to attend Guilford College to continue her academic and athletic career in basketball.  She plans to major in Sports Management.  

 

  • Cameron Neal- #12, the daughter of Traig and Ashley Neal. Cameron is a 4 year starter for the yellow jackets and has served as team captain the past 2 seasons. She has 4 year total of 25 goals and 8 assists and received All Conference and All Region honors as well as voted the 2021 Northern Carolina Conference Defensive Player of the Year. Cameron’s future plans are to attend the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill to major in Chemistry and pursue Pharmacy.  

     
  • Jule Obscherningkat-#18, - Host family is Sky and Myra Belgreat.  Jule has 6 saves in goal this season. Her future plans are to finish her schooling in Germany and come back to the United States.  

     
  • Kylie Wade- #23,  the daughter of Brad and LaDonna Wade. This is Kylie’s second year playing to the yellow jackets. Kylie’s future plans are to attend Meredith College to continue her athletic and academic career in basketball. She plans to major in elementary education.  

     
  • Rylie Wade- #35, the daughter of Brad and LaDonna Wade. This is Rylie’s second season playing for the yellow jackets. She has 1 goal and 130 saves so far. Rylie’s future plans are to attend Meredith College to continue her academic and athletic career in basketball. She plans to major in Exercise Science.  

 

This group of seniors has a record of 36-4 and 2 Conference Championships.
