The Roanoke Rapids Wrestling Team will travel to Franklinton High School for the Big East Conference Wrestling Tournament this Saturday starting at 9:00 a.m..

The following Wrestlers are 120 lbs. 5th. Seed, Dylan Dixon.
132 lbs. 6th. Seed, Camden Gray.
145 lbs. 7th. Seed, Kalieb Finney.
220 lbs. 2nd. Seed, Gabriel Roberts and
285 lbs. 7th. Seed, Ayden Jackson.
"We are sporting a very young team this year and was only able to fill five of the fourteen weight classes, stated head coach Don White. Coach white added, "We have three first year wrestlers, Dixon, Finney and Jackson along with one, Gray as a second year and one with three years. Roberts.
Since Covid, we have not been able to fill all the weight classes. I would like to take this time to challenge the students at Roanoke Rapids High School next year to join our team. I'm proud of what our young team has done so far this year. We were able to win two matches this year."
