The Roanoke Rapids Hogh School Wrestling Team will have their first Wrestling Practice Monday (10-31-22) at 5:00 pm in the Armory.

Hydration test will be done at that time. Drink plenty of water Saturday and Sunday. Avoid sugar fluids.

Practice will start from 4:45 pm till 7:00 pm. Members will be lifting weights in the Weightroom after practice.

There will be a Parent, Wrestler meeting on Wednesday 11-02-22 in the ROTC Classroom at the Gym.
