Randolph-Macon seniors Kelly Williams (Garysburg, N.C. / Halifax Academy), Michal Ross (Glen Allen, Va. / Glen Allen) and Charlotte Woods (Richmond, Va. / Trinity) earned All-ODAC recognition in their final seasons, it was announced Wednesday.  Williams also took home two of the conference's four major awards for student-athletes.

Williams was named the ODAC Player of the Year for the second time in her career and also earned the top recognition in the classroom as the Farm Bureau Insurance/ODAC Scholar-Athlete of the Year. She earned All-ODAC First Team honors while Ross took home a Second Team recognition and Woods landed on the Third Team.

Williams will graduate R-MC with multiple program and conference records. She earns her second Player of the Year nod after winning the same award in 2017-2018 and the Rookie of the Year recognition in 2016-2017. Williams returned to the court this season after recovering from a season-ending injury as a junior. The senior has claimed the ODAC-and-program record for rebounds, pulling down 1,326 to date. She displaced fellow Yellow Jacket Katie Anderson for the role, proving that R-MC has always maintained solid post play. On top of that, she holds program records for blocked shots and is second in career scoring for total points and leads the program for scoring average to date. Throughout her career, Williams has held national recognition as well, including the top spots for scoring and rebounding as a sophomore and as a Top 10 performer for total number of double-doubles this year. Williams leads the conference in scoring and rebound this year and has been an All-ODAC team member in each of her three full seasons.

On top of her on-the-court accomplishments, Williams boast a grade point average of 3.81 as an accounting and computer science double-major. She has been a member of the ODAC All-Academic squad in each of her seasons as well as a Dean's List member in each semester. She's won the highest awards offered by Phi Beta Kappa, the national honor fraternity as well as serves as an Academic Coach for R-MC's Higgins Academic Center and a mentor at a local elementary school. She was recently named Academic All-District by the College Sports Information Directors of America and will move on to be considered for Academic All-American.

After spending last season as the ODAC's most valuable sixth player, Ross morphed into a starting role midway through this season. She is averaging 13.3 points-per-game, which is a Top 10 mark in the conference. Early on this season through the month of November, her 14+ points-per-game led the conference during early play. Ross is also a defensive leader as she is Top 10 in the conference in steals, capturing 1.9 steals-per-game. Ross also averages 4.9 rebounds-per-game and was a Top 10 performer in the ODAC for blocks-per-game through early play as well. Ross earns her second All-Conference honor as a Second Team selection.

Woods earns her third-straight All-Conference honor for 2019-2020, after being honored as a Third Team member as a sophomore and a Second Team member last season. As a sophomore and a junior, Woods was one of the Top 2 rebounders in the ODAC and led as a Top 10 performer nationally for offensive rebounds as a sophomore. This year, Woods is seventh in the ODAC for rebounding, grabbing 7.5 boards-per-game. She is also tenacious on defense, capturing 2.5 steals-per-game, which is third-most in the ODAC. She scores 8.2 points-per-game, fourth-most on the team. Woods is an All-ODAC Third Team pick this season.
