The Roanoke Rapids Youth Baseball Association All-star teams are in Swansboro this weekend for the Eastern North Carolina (ENC) Cal Ripken State Championship Tournament. 

The Roanoke Rapids have four divisions in play. 9U, 10U, 11U and 12U.  The 11U are in a three team double elimination bracket while the 9U have pool games and #1 seed and #2 seed play for Championship Sunday. 10 U and 12 U are in a two division three team pool play with top two seeds in each division playoff to play championship,

Action Started Friday with the 11U falling 17-0 to West Raleigh before the rain came and postponed the remaining Friday games.

The Roanoke Rapids 11U All-stars fell to Winterville 0-15 Saturday finishing their tournament play.

Saturday the Roanoke Rapids 9U All-stars lost game one 8-13 to Northview and lost game two against Winterville 0-16. The 9U wrapped up pool play falling Sunday morning to West Raleigh 0-21. Finishing their tournament play.

Saturday the Roanoke Rapids All-stars10U beat Hillsborourgh 16-14 in game one and lost game two against New Bern. The 10U play in 1st round playoff Sunday. 

Saturday the  Roanoke Rapids All-stars 12U won by forfeit due to West Raliegh dropping out of tournament in game one and beat New Bern 4-3 in game two. The 12U team fell 2-6 in Sunday's 12U 1st round playoff game against Winterville finishing their tournament play.
