Mable Rook Reeves, 93, of Roanoke Rapids, went to be with the lord, surrounded by her loving family, at her home on February 8, 2019.

She was preceded in death by her loving husband of 51 years Cecil D. Reeves, Sr. and her siblings Ashby Rook, Pender Rook and Vickie Larrimore.

She is survived by her son and caregiver Cecil Reeves, Jr., Grandchildren Kristen Reeves (Andrew Mayton, III) Candace Reeves, Brandon Reeves (“Her Baby”) Great Grandchildren Andrew Mayton IV, Kaitlyn Mayton, Mikey Fahey, Jr., Joseph Fahey, Natalie Fahey, Reagan Harris, Emma Reeves, Daughter-in-Law Karen Reeves (Chuck Norwood) Special family members Kevin Delbridge, Mikey Fahey, Sr., Billy Delbridge, Kathy Lee, siblings Shirley Horne, Alexander Rook, Charlie Rook, Special Nephew, James Ashby (Brenda) and several other nieces and nephews.

Graveside Services will be held Monday, February 11, 2019 at 2:00 pm in Cedarwood Cemetery with Rev. Rick Ragan, officiating. The family will receive friends Sunday, February 10, 2019 at Wrenn Clarke & Hagan Funeral Home from 7:00 pm until 8:30 pm.
