Gladys Brown Mobley, 85, died August 24, 2022, in South Carolina.
Mrs. Mobley was born, July 15, 1937, in Halifax County, NC, daughter to the late Noah and Carrie Jones Brown. In addition to her parents, Mrs. Mobley was preceded in death by her son, Billy Rivenbark; grandson, Michael Rivenbark and great grandchild, Chase.

Surviving are her daughters, Donna West and husband, Glenn, of Littleton and Pam Harris and husband, Tommy, of North Myrtle Beach; sisters, Ethel Mitchell and her long-time friend, Bo, and Joyce McClarnon and husband, Calvin; 4 grandchildren, Wayne Taylor, Christie Story, Amie Rivenbark, and Shelbie Hollingsworth; and 3 great-grandchildren. Also surviving are many nieces and nephews, whom she loved unconditionally.
Jason Yeatts, Minister will conduct a graveside service Saturday, August 27, 2022 at 11:00 am in Old Cedarwood Cemetery in Roanoke Rapids.
