Hazel Birdsong Stallings, 85, passed away on December 30, 2021, at Vidant Medical Center, Greenville, NC.
She was the daughter of the late Lewis F. Birdsong and Helen Harris Birdsong.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Clyde E. Stallings, brother, Samuel L. Birdsong, Sr., sister, Barbara B. Turner. She is survived by her sisters, Faye Dickens (Pete) of Roanoke Rapids, NC., Alice Connie of Roanoke Rapids, NC., sister-in-laws, Linda O Birdsong of Roanoke Rapids, NC., Benjie Stallings of Roanoke Rapids, NC., along with several nieces and nephews.
Services will be held inside the Wrenn Clarke and Hagan chapel at 2 p.m. on Tuesday, January 4, 2022 with Rev. Randy Martin officiating. Visitation will be held in the funeral chapel one prior to the service.
