Philip Edward West, 69, died on Saturday, January 19, 2019 at his home.

He was born in Warren County to the late Robert Edward and Urtie Tharrington West.

Philip was a graduate of Littleton High School and was a well known Dairyman and Farmer at his family’s West Farm.
Rev. Charles Wilson and Mike Crawley will conduct graveside services at 11:00 am on Wednesday, January 23rd at Sunset Hill Cemetery in Littleton.
He is survived by his wife, Catherine F. West; his children, Felecia W. Prease and husband, Whitney, and Philip Edward “Phil” West II and wife, Megan; his siblings, Betty West Neville and husband, Whit, Barbara West Manning and husband, Ervin, Brenda West Hudson, Mary Lois West Spivey and husband, Earl, and Kent West and wife, Carol; his grandchildren, Jacob Prease, Caroline Prease, Carter-Reid West and Philip E. West III; and his loving companion, Beau West.
Pallbearers will be, Scott West, John Skinner, Jim West, Alex Perez, Rusty Carroll and Travis Godsey.
In lieu of flowers, the family asks that memorials be made in Philip’s name to the Harrison West Cancer Fund, PO Box 70, Littleton, NC 27850.
