A celebration of the life of Dr. Fred E. Wier will be held Saturday, March 19, 2022 at 2 p.m. in the Rosemary Baptist Church sanctuary.

The church is located at 936 Jackson Street in Roanoke Rapids.

A reception will follow in the fellowship hall.

Wier died January 18, 2022 at Frye Regional Medical Center in Hickory.
