Timothy Glenn Archer, 66, of Roanoke Rapids, North Carolina passed away Sunday, September 14th, 2025 surrounded by his loved ones.Tim was born in Halifax County, the son of the late Robert Henry Archer and Joyce Nicholson Archer. He was an electrician by trade and a handy man by nature. He enjoyed helping everyone he knew with odd jobs and could fix just about anything. He loved to spend time with his family and friends. Everyone who knew Tim loved him. He loved to fish, watch television, and listen to his music; that he always said told us more about him than he ever would.Archer is survived by his love, Deborah Briggs Archer; His son, Timothy G. Archer Jr; His daughter, Katie M. Archer and her fiancé Scott; all of Roanoke Rapids, NC. His sisters Patti A. Palermo of Slidell, La., and Sandra J. Archer of Roanoke Rapids, Nc., and many cousins, nieces, nephews, and friends.A celebration of life will be held Saturday, September 27, 2025 from 11:00am-1:00pm at Calvary Baptist Church’s Social Hall.In lieu of flowers donations can be made to Breakthrough T1D, the American Heart Association (AHA), or an organization of your choice.
