Andrea Porch was born November 30, 1987 at Halifax Regional Hospital in Roanoke Rapids.  

She attended Roanoke Rapids High School and from there attended Halifax Community College, studying graphic design.

Anyone who knows Andrea knew she loved art and was an amazing artist.  

She was fearless and strong minded, and would stand up for anyone who could not stand up for themselves.  As a sister, she would always find a way to make us laugh.  As a daughter, she always made us feel love; and as a person, she was always a blessing.  

Andrea left us far too soon but will never be forgotten for she was loved more than she will ever know.

She is survived by her father, Anderson E. Porch; mother, Beverly F. Moore; children, Kaleb and Alexis Hargrave; brother, Anderson B. Porch; sister, Chassie L. Porch; aunt, Angel (Jimmy) Gray; cousins, Karen Cierra Medlin and Holly M. Petteys; step-mother, Linda Byrum; step-sister, Kayleigh J. Harris; step-mother, Pamela H. Porch; step-brothers, Wayne R. Porch, Ryan S. Pittman.

A gathering to celebrate Andrea’s life will be held at 2:00 pm, Saturday, March 20, 2021 in the chapel of Hockaday Funeral and Cremation Service.  Friends may visit with the family from 1:00 until 1:45 pm, at the funeral home.

Guests are asked to observe mask and social distancing recommendations.
