Peggy Jean Stroud Harlow, 81 of Roanoke Rapids, passed away September 21st, 2019 in Severn MD. 

Peggy was born in Kinston NC to Charlie and Julia Stroud on April 13, 1938. Peggy was a homemaker and joined her husband, Roy, in the ownership and operations of Roy's TV service for many years. 

Peggy is preceded in death by her parents and her husband of 42 years, her brother Dalton Lee Stroud and sister Terri Rucker.

Peggy is survived by her daughter Joy (Mike) Faithful, grandson Justin (Kayla) Faithful and great grandson Louis Cade Faithful.

Interment along with her late husband Roy Macon Harlow Jr.  will be at Eastern Carolina State Veteran Cemetery in Goldsboro, NC, on Friday, October 18, 2019 at 2:00 pm.
