Mary Alice Bryant “Beanie” Harlow, 67, of Enfield, passed away Tuesday, August 20, 2019 at Nash General Hospital.

Beanie was born May 15, 1952, in Northampton County to the late Charlie Bryant and Annie Whitehead Bryant. She was also preceded in death by three brothers, Click, Robert Earl and Shelton Ray; her sister, Betty Sue Harlow.

Beanie worked for Abbott Labs in Rocky Mount for twenty-five years.

Beanie is survived by her husband of forty-eight years, Coppedge Harlow; her daughters, Toni Rodriguez and her husband Antonio and Charlotte Harlow and her longtime companion Mark Edmonds both of Enfield; her brothers, Red Bryant of Enfield and Joe Bryant of Kannapolis; her sisters, Doodle Cumbo of Farmville, Tootsie Bryant, Elouise Hall, Elizabeth Pulley and Frances Bryant all of Woodland, Lillie Mae Webb of Hobgood; seven grandchildren, Elena, Sage’, Luis, Juan, Sissy, Robert and John; two great-grandchildren; Special nieces and nephews, Marcia Ramos, Sylvia Sutton and Donald Ray Harlow.

Funeral services will be held at 2:00 P.M. Saturday, August 24, 2019 at Tabernacle Baptist Church, 1742 Ringwood Road, Enfield with Rev. Alvin Davis officiating. Burial will follow in Elmwood Cemetery in Enfield. The family will receive friends from 6:00 – 8:00 P.M. at Tabernacle Baptist Church, Friday, August 23, 2019.
