Sandra Marshall Felts, 64, of Roanoke Rapids, passed away on Wednesday, January 7, 2026 in her home.  

Mrs. Felts was born on January 28, 1961 in Roanoke Rapids, the daughter of the late Mary Jane Kelly and Clement Elmore Marshall.  She was also preceded in death by her half-brother Kenneth Marshall and half-sister Patsy Marshall Barker.

Surviving include her husband Jimmy Dean Felts, her son William Brandon Stansbury, her sisters:  Minnie Boyd (Dexter) and Ruby Averette (Len), both of Oxford; her aunt Nancy Kelly Marshall, her niece Tammy Boyd Brackin, her great nephew Adam William Brackin, Jr., her sister-in-law and caregiver over the past several years Betty Blanton, long time friends Veronica, Jakira, Breanna, and Gloria, and many other extended family members. 

The family would like to thank Rashea, Hannah, and the entire staff at Gentiva Hospice staff for the wonderful care they provided. 

A Funeral Service was held at 2:00 PM on Friday, January 9, 2026 at Littleton Baptist Church with Pastor David Little officiating.
