Barbara Ann Griffin Rogerson, 80 of Roanoke Rapids, NC passed away on Friday, September 10, 2021. 

She was born to the late Carl Lee and Lillian Brantley Griffin and was preceded in death by her husband, Chester Dunn Rogerson. 

Barbara was a retired teacher with the Roanoke Rapids Graded School District and was a member of Rosemary United Methodist Church.

She is survived by her son, Wilton Rogerson of Roanoke Rapids, NC; her three grandchildren, Cameron Rogerson, Kaitlin Rogerson and Courtney Rogerson; her three brothers; Bennie Griffin of Middlesex, NC, Elmo Griffin and his wife, Janice of Middlesex, NC and Jimmy Griffin and his wife, Faye of Middlesex, NC; her two sisters, Magdalene Snowden and her husband, Rick of Eufaula, Al; and Rachel Cozart and her husband, Edward of Bailey, NC and several nieces and nephews. 

Graveside Services will be held on Saturday, September 11, 2021 at 2pm at Cedarwood Cemetery in Roanoke Rapids, NC with Rev. Sue Owens officiating.
