Jessie Mae Morris Jenkins, 89, of Woodland, died Saturday March 14, 2020.

Jessie, a native of Bertie County, was the daughter of the late Julian and Genie Bryant Morris. She was preceded by her husband, James Williams Jenkins and a daughter Aleasa Hope Jenkins.

She was a member of Light House of Hope Church in Woodland where Rev. Brian Jenkins will conduct Funeral Services on Monday March 16, 2020 at 2 P.M.

She is survived by her daughter, Patricia Jenkins of Woodland.

Interment will follow in the Hall Cemetery in Aulander.

The family will receive friends from 1 PM until service time at the Church on Monday and other times at the home of Shelton and Marie Jones 112 NC 305 Woodland, NC
