The Roanoke Rapids Police Department is seeking information in a case in which a brick was thrown through a window at a business in the 300 block of Roanoke Avenue the morning of December 17.
The suspect was run off by an employee who was inside the business.
The suspect was also holding a cell phone and was actively talking on the phone during the commission of the crime.
