In Halifax County Board of Education filings Tuesday, the following incumbents are seeking re-election:
Charles R. Hedgepeth, Carolyn W. Hawkins and James E. Mills.
On Monday incumbent board Chair Tyus Few filed as well as Curtis W. Young.
Candidates who have previously filed to run for a board seat in the March 5 primary are Terri Silver and Heley Richardson.
Filing ends at noon Friday.
