Roanoke Valley law enforcement reported the following:
Northampton County Sheriff’s Office
Captain Patrick Jacobs reported that on April 11, deputies responded to a disturbance call outside Jackson.
Investigation showed there was a dispute between neighbors and a vehicle was shot numerous times.
Sergeant L. Baker obtained warrants on 34-year-old Carlton Ham Jr. of Garysburg for discharging a firearm into an occupied vehicle, misdemeanor assault by pointing a gun and misdemeanor injury to personal property.
Ham surrendered the following day and has a June 15 district court date.
Roanoke Rapids Police Department
Detective Sergeant Morgan Worrell reported the department is investigating an identity fraud case in which a debit card was used on April 5 and more than $4,500 was taken from the victim’s financial instrument.
The crime occurred at a business in the area of Premier Boulevard around noon.

The blue shirt the woman is carrying in the photo was also stolen from the business.
