The Roanoke Rapids Police Department is seeking the public’s help in identifying a person who used a financial card found in the card machine at Lowe’s Home Improvement Sunday evening.

Captain Charles Vaught said a customer left his card in the machine and the person in the photos used it.
The crime occurred shortly after 6:30 p.m.
