The North Carolina Center for Missing Persons has issued a Silver Alert for a missing endangered woman — Vicki Brewer Wright.

Citizens are asked to be on the lookout for the 64-year-old woman who is believed to be suffering from dementia or some other cognitive impairment.

Anyone with information should call Investigator Bobby Martin of the Roanoke Rapids Police Department at 252-533-2810 or Halifax County Central Communications at 252-583-1991.

She was possibly wearing a yellow shirt, blue jeans and a yellow bow in her hair.

The alert was issued shortly after 9 p.m. Friday.

She was last seen at 337 Premier Boulevard in Roanoke Rapids.

The vehicle description is a 2002, silver Taurus with North Carolina plates bearing the registration number DAA-4219.
