A Roanoke Rapids man who allegedly stuffed cleaning products inside his 49ers jacket back in March has been identified and arrested.
Detective Chris Scott of the Halifax County Sheriff's Office said Johnny Lee Handsome was charged today with misdemeanor larceny and possession of stolen goods.
The matter occurred on March 28 at the Dollar General Store on Bolling Road.
He was jailed on $1,000 bond and has a May 28 court date.
