Investigation of a gas-buying spree with a stolen credit card in September has resulted in the arrest of an Enfield man.
Detective O. Wiltsie of the Halifax County Sheriff’s Office last week charged Arkino Montrillis Wilkins, 40, with financial card theft and obtaining property by false pretense.
Wiltsie said Wilkins allegedly used the card to buy about $360 worth of gas for multiple people in about an hour’s time.
Wilkins has a July 17 court date.
