KapStone Kraft Paper Corporation’s Roanoke Rapids Mill experienced significant flooding as a result of the storms that passed through the area this morning, the company said in a press release.
Currently, KapStone is accessing damages; clean-up and repairs are under way.
“Our employees have done a great job to work safely and maintain stable operations,” said Anitra J. Collins, vice president of Mill Operations-Roanoke Rapids Mill.
