The man pictured in the surveillance photo is believed to have used a debit card stolen from a victim in Roanoke Rapids at the Food Lion in Emporia. Several gas charges have been made with it.
The debit card was used to buy preloaded Visa and MasterCard cards at the Food Lion.
The card was reported stolen on April 4.
