A Roanoke Rapids man wanted on charges in Virginia Beach was arrested today while making a court appearance for other charges.
Detective Doug Pilgreen of the Halifax County Sheriff's Office said Luther Trey Artis, 19, is wanted by Virginia Beach police for breaking and entering and obtaining property by false pretense.
He was arrested without incident and jailed on $5,000 bond. He has a February 2 court date.
