Juvenile petitions have been obtained for three minors who allegedly broke into a house and stole several items on Mimosa Drive in Roanoke Rapids.
Detective Doug Pilgreen of the Halifax County Sheriff’s Office said deputies responded to the call on November 15.
Petitions were served for second burglary and larceny after breaking and entering.
Pilgreen said some of the items have been recovered.
