The Halifax County Sheriff’s Office is looking for Emanuel "Ned" Powell.
Major Bruce Temple said Powell has several outstanding papers and was entered into national criminal databases on September 15, 2009 for possession with intent to sell and deliver cocaine, sell cocaine and deliver cocaine.
Powell was indicted on these charges on July 17, 2009.
