The man wanted in an April 9 shooting on Henry Street has been returned to Halifax County and is in jail under no bond.
Roanoke Rapids Deputy Police Chief Adam Bondarek said Wednesday Joshue Medina, 23, was caught Tuesday in Wilmington with assistance from the State Bureau of Investigation and by using what he described as “recent advances in technology.”
He was charged with assault with a deadly weapon with intent to kill inflicting serious injury after he allegedly shot Calvin Alexander Richardson with a revolver.
