A Murfreesboro man who died in a March 3 crash was at fault, according to a final report from the investigating trooper.
The report by Trooper Troy Wood says James Casper Jr., 43, ran a red light on Highway 258 a third of a mile south of Murfreesboro.
Another vehicle driving on Highway 158 collided with Casper’s vehicle, striking right side of the victim’s vehicle.
