A Woodland man was arrested Wednesday on four counts of possessing, selling, and delivering cocaine, the Northampton County Sheriff’s Office reported.

Tshaka Richardson, 39, also faces a charge of maintaining a vehicle, place, or dwelling to store drugs.

Warrants filed in the case do not discuss quantities, and Major Patrick Jacobs did not have that information either.

Jacobs said in a statement that Captain M. Phelps and Sergeant J. Velez arrested Richardson for outstanding warrants that resulted from an investigation into the illegal sale of narcotics. The investigation started in October.

He was released on a $3,000 secured bond, according to court records, and also waived his right to counsel today.
