A probation absconder driving without a valid license Monday admitted to throwing cocaine out of his vehicle, according to the Halifax County Sheriff’s Office.
Raheem Mallory, 28, remains in the Halifax County Detention Center without the opportunity for bond for the probation violation and a $25,000 secured bond for drug charges and fleeing from Community Action Team Sergeant G. Martin.
Martin, according to Major Anzell Harris, observed Mallory in the area of Highway 903 and Interstate 95 and knew he was a probation absconder and didn’t have a valid driver’s license.
