Sentencing for Theodore Nicholas Papouloglou, originally scheduled for Thursday, has been reset for 2 p.m. on March 12 before District Judge David J. Novak in Richmond.
The Roanoke Rapids man was originally indicted in the Eastern District of Virginia federal court system on four counts related to the illicit sales of catalytic converters.
In August he pleaded guilty to counts one and three of his federal indictment.
Count one charges him with evasion of income tax assessments and count three charges him with conspiracy to transfer, receive, conceal and sell stolen goods.
