Sentencing originally scheduled today in Raleigh for a Roanoke Rapids man charged in area armed robberies has been moved to the March 22 term of court, according to federal records.
A man brought in for processing for DWI was also charged with stealing an officer’s body camera which had been placed on a table to record the encounter at the Roanoke Rapids Police Department Tuesday.
Following a lengthy discussion, the Roanoke Rapids Graded School District Board of Trustees voted 6 to 2 this evening to allow all students to return to in-person learning on March 16.
