Halifax County Sheriff’s Office Chief Deputy Scott Hall reported that on Thursday around 12:30 p.m. Deputy Dan Bybee stopped a vehicle for a window tint violation at Roanoke Avenue and Julian R. Allsbrook Highway.
A Windsor man was arrested and charged Thursday night in the shooting death of a Woodland woman and the shooting of another woman who remains in critical condition.
