The RRHS JV baseball defeated Franklinton JV 12-2 Wednesday at Franklinton.

Cameron Medlin started on the mound and was relieved by Jake Vandam. Both pitchers threw well striking out a total of 8 Red Ram batters.

At the plate Carson Neal, Caleb Johnson, Cameron Medlin, Colin Long and Ethan Dixon led the Jackets with each having 2 hits.

Head coach Aubrey Coker stated, "I am happy with the team play we had this year. The team played well only losing 3 games and 2 of those 3 loses were in extra innings. I wish the players well that are moving on to Varsity next year and look forward to working with the next group of talented young men of RRGSD. I would like to thank Coach Mark Snead for giving me this opportunity and my assistant Coach Lane Newsome for his great support and knowledge of the game.."
