Post match comments by Roanoke Rapids head soccer coach Craig Jean, "That was one of the best regular season wins that I can remember. To go down 0-3 20 minutes into the game and come back to be up 4-3 at halftime was unreal. To have that kind of a turn around on such a quality team is very impressive. So much of the game is determined by emotions and decision making under pressure. The team came together, calmed down, and had good focus for the majority of the remainder of the game. These boys continue to find ways to win, and with each win they are gaining confidence. We will get our biggest test of the year on Monday vs DSA when we open up conference play. I am proud of all these boys- back to back close games in extremely high temperatures was tough on their bodies, but they manned up and got the job done."
