Roanoke Rapids soccer head coach Craig Jean post match comments, "When you put a JV team on an extremely small field, the results aren't going to be pretty. It was 80 minutes of bunched up confusion for both teams. We needed to do a better job of creating space horizontally and vertically. Our first touch needed to be very good tonight and it was not. But, this is JV soccer - it should give your younger and newer players a better understanding of how to play and a chance to make mistakes at the JV level, so they can see and identify problems so they don't happen when they get to varsity."
