Northwest Halifax lady Vikings volleyball team traveled to North Edgecombe High Tuesday afternoon.

It took playing five sets, but Northwest outlasted and beat North Edgecombe 3-2 to win the match.

First set was 15-25 North Edgecombe, second set was 25-23 Northwest followed by 25-14 Northwest win. In the fourth set went 11-25 to North Edgecombe. Northwest came to play in the fifth set earning the win 15-9.

Northwest Halifax host North Edgecombe at home Thursday afternoon.
