The Roanoke Valley U8 all-star team fell to Currituck 12-9 for the Valley's first lost forcing a IF championship game.

The Roanoke Valley team bounced back an beat Currituck 14-8 winning, earning the 2016 Little Tarheel U8 North Carolina State Championship title.
