The Northampton County Recreation Department received an early Christmas present and just in time for the Halifax-Northampton Youth Football League JV play-offs.

The JV youth play-offs are set for Saturday at the Northampton County Recreation center and will have a new scoreboard to keep score.

The Northampton County Recreation Department and Cultural & Wellness Center Board of Directors partnered with donations from Futrell Pharmacy and Monsanto to purchase the football/soccer scoreboard and along with the donation of time and labor by Clements Mechanical who installed the scoreboard earlier this week. Just in time for the Halifax-Northampton Youth Football JV Play-offs.
